My wife, Susan and I must extend our sincerest gratitude to you and the wonderful personnel at David Bruce Auto for the virtually perfect experience we had in purchasing our used 2007 Buick Lucerne from your splendid dealership. I am pointing out that our car was a “used” model for a specific reason.

As you know, we live in Ballwin (St. Louis), Missouri, some 300 miles from Bourbanaiss. All of our dealings with you were via the Internet initially, then by telephone. When we met you personally, that was also the first time we had laid eyes on the car. Of course, we inspected, then drove the Lucerne, and......surprise, surprise.......everything about the car was exactly as your website and you personally promised. Throughout the process, Susan and I were waiting for “the shoe to drop.” But, it never did. We sealed the deal without any hint of “Gee folks, we’re sorry, but.....”

Then we met with Steve Roti, who not only treated us with great respect and efficiency, he also pointed us to a wonderful extended warranty, which is far superior to anything else we had seen. Quite frankly, Susan and I want you and any potential customers of yours to know that our interaction with David Bruce Auto was by far the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had — and we’ve been married for over 50 years!

You will be pleased to know that I was very satisfied with the service provided by your service department especially taking my appointment on one day notice and prompt, courteous service. Your service department clearly compliments the overall friendly atmosphere at David Bruce. I'm glad I bought my new car from John Crawford and I'm planning my next new car purchase!

Dear David Bruce, I would like to let you know that my experience of buying my Pontiac Vibe was the single best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. My experience was quick, easy, no pressure, with complete information. My sales consultant was fantastic.
